Rice
White, brown, parboiled, black, red, quick cooking and broken rice, both conventional and organic.
We trade Arborio, Carnaroli, Baldo and all the other Italian varieties (round, medium and long grain indica); Basmati from India and Pakistan, Jasmine from Thailand and Cambodia, and round, medium and long grain from India.
Pulses
Lentils, chickpeas, and beans, both conventional and organic.
Couscous
Made in Italy traditional couscous and couscous produced with whole wheat or semi-whole wheat semolina, spelt, kamut, barley, 4 cereals, corn, rice, and pulses. Both conventional and organic.
Plant-based beverages
Rice, soy and oat drinks, in bulk, both conventional and organic.
Bulgur
Coarse, medium and fine bulgur.
